The Hollywood Sign‘s popularity is still on the rise as the City explores different options to manage traffic. Until April 12th, they are reopening Mt. Hollywood Dr. to help alleviate Griffith Observatory parking. The Hollywood Sign shuttle will not be running while this experience goes on. It will resume its normal schedule after the 12th.

The Hollywood Sign girl Peg Entwistle is finally getting her day on the big screen. The 1930’s actress who famously committed suicide by jumping off the H of the Hollywood Sign, depressed by a failing film career, will be getting her own bio-pic. The popular Hollywood Sign shuttle is being extended! Starting August 2nd the shuttle will run every Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 4 pm until the end of the year. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at http://www.laparks.org/shuttle/shuttle.htm
