Eric was raised in Italy, and has worked in London as a photographer since 1984. He specializes in imagery for theatre and dance companies, as well as shooting for music labels, magazines and orchestras.
In 1997 Eric renovated an old East End ball-room to serve both as a home and a work-place. This has had a strong impact on his work, as it allows a more gradual and thorough approach to fulfilling a brief. At the same time it also has inspired him to pursue more personal and non-commissioned work, essential to any photographer’s development.
Eric has also travelled extensively and his work has taken him to many wonderful places such as Cuba, South Africa, India and Argentina, as well as most of Europe. These experiences have all opened his eyes, so important to a photographer. Eric tries to bring back as much colour, new design ideas and vitality and put it into his work.
The Musee des Arts Decoratifs in Paris, and the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Montréal hold some of Eric’s work in their collections.
