How Do I Purchase Tickets?
Tickets must be purchased online ahead of time as there is no ticket booth at the pick up location. Tickets can be purchased here. You can also purchase tickets on your smart phone. Just show your purchase receipt to the driver if you are unable to access a printer.

How Long Does the Shuttle Ride Last?
The shuttle ride is about 20 minutes from the Greek Theatre to the viewing area. You can exit the shuttle to view the Sign, visit the Griffith Observatory or hike the trails of Griffith Park if you choose to do so. Remember, there is no direct access to the Hollywood Sign and viewpoints are the best way to experience the very large Sign.
How Close Does the Shuttle Get to the Sign?
The shuttle stops at an official Hollywood Sign Viewpoint. Upon arrival to the Hollywood Sign Viewing Area, you will see a panoramic view of the Hollywood Sign, the Los Angeles city skyline and breath-taking mountain views. You will also have access to some of the most premier hiking trails on Griffith Park.
Following your Hollywood Sign visit, your next stop will be at the Griffith Observatory, which is the most popular place in Los Angeles to experience a view of the Sign. If you wish to hike the trails to be even closer to the Sign, you should plan to take an early shuttle to allow time to hike the trails through Griffith Park.

What Else Will I See?
You will experience a view of the Los Angeles city skyline from the Griffith Observatory, and on a clear day, you may even be able to see the Pacific Ocean. You can also hike the many trails of Griffith Park and enjoy the nature and views of the Santa Monica Mountains.
Can I Hop On and Off?
Yes, the shuttle makes a loop throughout the day and you are able to exit and enter the shuttle at your convenience during operating hours. The shuttle first picks up passengers starting at 9 a.m. at the Greek Theatre and continues throughout the day until 2 p.m. The final pick-up from the viewing area is at 3:20 p.m. and the final drop-off at the Greek Theatre is 3:55 p.m.

Currently the shuttle only operates on weekends. As demand for the shuttle increases, the sechedule may expand to weekdays.
