New permit parking restrictions are currently being voted on by residents of the Hollywood Sign neighborhood. Please be extra careful about where you park when viewing the Sign and remember to never block the road while trying to snap a photo of the Hollywood Sign. The Hollywood Sign‘s popularity is still on the rise as the City explores different options to manage traffic. Until April 12th, they are reopening Mt. Hollywood Dr. to help alleviate Griffith Observatory parking. The Hollywood Sign shuttle will not be running while this experience goes on. It will resume its normal schedule after the 12th.

The 1930’s actress who famously committed suicide by jumping off the H of the Hollywood Sign, depressed by a failing film career, will be getting her own bio-pic.
